A Personalised Approach
There is no one-size-fits-all process. Alongside hypnotherapy, I may use tapping, guided imagery, parts work and practical techniques to help you understand patterns, manage difficult emotions and reconnect with your body. My approach also draws on attachment theory, Gestalt therapy, DBT, IFS and somatic practices. You do not need to understand these terms. We will simply use what feels helpful and appropriate for you.
Hypnotherapy is offered as complementary support and does not replace appropriate medical treatment or psychological care. I do not diagnose medical or mental health conditions and may recommend consulting an appropriately qualified healthcare professional where necessary.
