Payment, Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
01
Payment is required at least 24 hours before your appointment. If payment has not been received by this time, the session will not be considered confirmed and may be released.
02
I reserve a limited number of free and reduced-cost sessions for people whose financial circumstances would otherwise prevent them from accessing support. Availability is limited and can be discussed during your free 30-minute consultation, where we can also explore whether we are a good fit to work together.
03
If you need to cancel or rearrange your session, please give at least 24 hours' notice whenever possible. Your payment can then be transferred to a rescheduled appointment.
04
I understand that chronic illness, disability and unexpected changes in health do not always provide 24 hours' warning. If you become suddenly unwell, please contact me as soon as you reasonably can. Depending on what you need, we can discuss rescheduling the session, shortening it or meeting online from wherever you feel most comfortable.
05
Repeated late cancellations or missed appointments may be charged, particularly when no contact is made. If your health regularly makes advance notice difficult, we can discuss your access needs and try to find an arrangement that respects both your circumstances and the time reserved for you.
06
If I need to cancel a session, I will contact you as soon as possible and offer an alternative appointment. Any payment you have made will be transferred to the rearranged session. If we are unable to find a suitable alternative appointment, you may request a refund.
